Alex Harris is an Adjunct Analyst at the Competitive Enterprise Institute. Alex works on issues surrounding technology and telecommunications policy. He is also a contributor to the Technology Liberation Front, the free-market technology blog.

Prior to joining CEI, Alex was a Koch Summer Fellow at the Cato Institute, focusing on constitutional issues. Alex graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. in Social Studies from Harvard College. He is currently a first-year student at Stanford Law School.
